Default hope this works out 74xj12 from a field

just got my hands on a 74 XJ12L, needs lots of work odometer looks like 24k miles but was sitting in a field so most of the wiring is chewed up, I can rewire it have done this before takes forever but can be done. first thing I am going to do is manualy turn it over. any tips would be helpful. besides that what do most people do about the rim/hubcaps they are stock but I think they are ugly...
thanks

Welcome to the forum kencon,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar Forums.

That's some project you've taken on. Follow Steve's link for the XJ12 Series II tech section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Good luck and enjoy the forum.

Graham
