Hi I'm Ned Sweeney.
I live near Reading, PA. In January of this year I purchased a Kingfisher Blue '95 XJ6. I've been posting since January but I've never posted my intro. I've found this site to be the best Jag forum. I use it often.

Me: Machine Shop Manager
Hobbies: British cars, 1965 MGB (owned since 1979) & now a 1995 XJ6, Woodworking, Metal machining & fabrication, Fixing or making just about anything.

My Jag:1995 Kingfisher Blue over cream(?) Currently 76,000 miles. I think it is great & it looks great.

Good to hear you're finding the forum useful.

Somehow the 'British cars' owner and 'fixing....anything' seems to be a regular combination around here!

Hope the XJ6 (and MGB) are running well.

Ned, first welcome to JF. This forum has been a wealth of information (and entertainment) for me. I think you'll really find your time here to be useful, fun, and economically beneficial, using advise received here to fix things yourself, or at least point your mechanic in the right direction.

Like you, I bought my 1995 XJ6 in January of this year, and like you, also in the Kingfisher Blue/Cream color combo. I love it too. I have to say that you bought the perfect car . Yours shoud last you a long time given the low miles.
