Default I'm 18 w/ a Bullet...

Hello...was looking to join your Forum (in a Yoda voice sometimes mistaken for a British accent). Purchased my first car. A Jaguar. S - Type. 4.0 - 8 Cyl.- 2000 - Gun Metal Gray w Black Leather interior - 72,000 miles, almost perfect condition for $ 5000.00. from the nice old lady next door for cutting her lawn... - The morning after purchase took off n clocked off 100 miles of California Coast. Welcome to the forum Nada4nada,

Congratulations on the S-Type .......... and on your lawn cutting skills!

Follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the US Western Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/regional-34/ to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Welcome!

Read the FAQ's in the S-Type section. The pre-2003 S-Type's tend to be less reliable then their new siblings. The stickies can guide you a bit about what to look for in your car to avoid the big ticket repairs.
