Introductions - New S-Type 4.0 Owner
Hello everyone.
I have been lurking on the site for a bit as I have always been in love with the look of the S-Type. I fondly remember "almost" buying one brand new for - I believe - 46,000 back in 1999 but never pulled the trigger.
Now a full 14 years later I just purchased a silver 2000 4.0 for a 95% discount!
I hope to be an active member and I reside in the Kansas City area. I have a passion for cars and because I own some land and a few garages I can indulge with lots of used cars for less than a new car would cost me so I have a nice collection of older luxury cars and a few weird retro/collectors editions that all needed a little love.
I posted some questions/request for opinions in the main S-Type forum as well as the back story on what I hope is a great GREAT price for the beautiful car.

I've been reading your post in S-Type tech formu and will be interested to follow your progress. if you haven't found it already, the 'HOW TO' thread at the top of the tech forum is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
