I'm willie from Republic of Ireland
Have been on the site quite a while browsing through mostly Xjs related posts
I own a 89 XJS V12 with 5 speed getrag 264 conversion
My big cat!!!!
Also have a 98 V8 Daimler
Have had many previous jags including a 92 XJR which I have find memories off
Great site lots of expertise and mature conversations to be found
Will get some pics up of my car

This is my engine before I did a small top end overhaul
The main filler coolant tank cap had a small leak and was spitting coolant all over the engine giving rise to plenty of rust spots


Work carried out was new plugs leads rotor arm origional Marelli cap with only 8k miles on it !!! New cam cover gaskets, covers stripped back and sprayed, injectors overhauled and tested, new fuel lines , cam half moon seals done , new intake mani gaskets, intake mani cleaned and painted , new vac pipes and wiring tidied up, new belts,
