I just picked up a 1999 XJR Supercharged. Sunroof, harman kardon system, black connelly leather interior This is my first jaguar. It has 58,000 miles and in perfect condition except for 2 VERY minor things. I have a family friend that owns a jaguar/mercedez mechanic shop and had him check out the car before I bought it. He only noticed that it was very slightly needing an alignment (i didnt even notice when I test drove it the day before) and needs new bushings for the front (the one when you open the hood their is one on each side on top of the shock. Other then that he said the car was perfect. I have not got to drive it anywhere except for around the block because it does not hav ea license plate and insurance yet, but IT will tomorrow morning. I am very excited. I also own a 2002 z28 camaro that is slightly modded pushing about 390hp, so it will be nice to have a car that will feel as torquey and almost as fast as my camaro with 4 doors and luxury comfort! Plus I think They look Pimp as hell! lol Anyways I guess this is my new home because when I told my Motorcycle forum about the car they HATED IT.

thanx, i love it! its in my garage with no license plate but i still go to the garage and sit in it and admire the beauty.

tomorrow it will be registered and insured and ready to go

i do have a question tho...

Does it get better gas mileage with super charger on or off?
