So back in '89 my parents were shopping for a car. I was roaming the lot on my own while they shopped and spotted, from what I remember, a early 80's model Jaguar with a black exterior and a tan interior. I opened the door, sat in the driver seat, gripped the wood grain steering wheel and laid my eyes on the roaring Jaguar on the center of the steering wheel and fell in love. At the tender age of 8 I promised myself to buy a Jaguar. Got my first Jaguar in 2002. It was a scale model of an X-TYPE my sister bought me for Christmas along with a huge poster that went up on my wall. Didn't drive my first Jaguar until 2003 when my ex-gf's mother let me driver her white XJ. Fast forward to July 9th 2012 when I finally signed the paperwork and became a first time Jaguar owner of a 2004 XJ8 with platinum exterior and charcoal interior with walnut wood trip & chrome wheels. It feels soooo good to have had a dream come true. Here are a few pictures.

Great Intro and superb looking XJ. Looking at the wall, can't help thinking you may not have chosen the safest place to park.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Vehicle details and pic in Signature line are appearing OK now. For 'totally lost' you're learning fast.
