Hi,
Most people call me Jon, I picked up my first Jaguar last year (dream come true). I have a silver 2001 S type 4.0 V8 with 156,000 miles, I do all my own work so I've been reading this forum extensively for a year and figured I should officially join. I recently replaced my front left wheel hub, cleaned my throttle assembly, patched up my intake manifold, replaced, fuel filters, air filters, plugs and coils, camshaft sensor, tires, windshield, grill and a bunch of stuff. I love this car, I still get more heads turning than I had with my BMW and Cadillac.

Hope you've had plenty of time to drive the S-Type in between all that work.
No need for me to give you a link to the S-Type tech section after you've been reading it for a year. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is the place for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
