Just signed up, I'm a new owner of a 1995 Jaguar Vanden Plas. My dad recommended I register on here (he's got a 98 [?] XJ8).

As it's a used car, there's a few things that will need to be done to it, but I've not made a written list as of yet.

The car was in a minor accident at least two owners prior to me - the trunk was damaged, but still latches and keeps its seal. Everything else needing work is either engine- or interior-related. I'll post details in the appropriate forum/section. *If anyone could point me in the direction for that, I'd appreciate it.
