Long-Time Watcher, Now Member
Good day to all. I've been cribbing advice from these forums to fix my 2002 XJR (4.0L V8 Supercharged) in Connecticut since I first drove it home in 2012. I am consistently blown away by some of the advanced work that folks do on their machines. I dabble in that arena, but as an amateur (the most adventurous to date being an exhaust gas recirculation valve removal and cleaning). I am a bit embarrassed that I waited this long to join. Thanks to all of the authors of the posts that have kept my XJR on the road these last nine years (and hopefully, indefinitely).

I see desperation for an Asteroid has driven you out of hiding.
As you've already found your way to the X308 forum, there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region.
