I almost bought a 2005 XJ8 with 109,000 miles, then went back to my source and purchased a 2004 XJ8 with 62120 miles that looked like brand new. It appeared that no one had ever sat in the back seats or passenger seat. Super clean and no accidents. I took it to a well respected Jaguar Mechanic whom went through it with a fine tooth comb and found 5 items which needed to be done to be fixed. front brake pads and Router, alignment, 4 new tires, front CV joint replacement on right side front. and detail......I now have driven it over 1,000 miles and it is so sweet. I did purchase a 2 additional year warranty just in case....I am really excited to drive something so handsome....P.S. I used several of your forums suggestions before I put up my hard earned cash, Thank you Marsha
