Hi all
Bought my first Jag, an X type (53 Reg) It has three Nokia (I think incar hands free phone 'attachments' which I am unable to identify. A built (wired) in holder/charger by radio unit and two small micophone/arial type units.
Am at present unable to upload photo's but would appreciate any help identifying these items

That is definitely an aftermarket Nokia Car Kit. It is not Jaguar OE.
The cradle makes it pre-Bluetooth and will be something like the era of CARK91 for a Nokia 6310. The full installation will look something like this:
To make any use of it will require a compatible phone to fit the cradle.
The best solution would be to look at options for your current phone. Bluetooth has to be preferable to attempting modification of a car kit that is outdated technology.
