Cool My first jag

Hi, my name is Florencio and i have a Jag, but i think i made a mistake buying this car, i like it,but it's been only a month and i already have problem with this car. my car is a jag Xtype 2.5 2003 127000 miles v6

the issue is engine light on, crazy light some times it goes away and then comes back, i went a have the four sensors replaced and have tune up done i wasted a thousand dollars for nothing. i even bough the computer scanner to see what was the problem i see again the bank 1 and 2 sensors lo lean again and some times i get the no crouse control available
i deleted the codes my self all of them but it comes back after a day.

the only thing i've been doing diferent since i bough it is i've connecting an a RF transmitter in to the lighter jack for my new iphoe 4s to play pandora in to the radio frequencies. i feel like i got ripped off good thing i bough it cash. can some be nice and help me out please other wise i will change my mind and get rid of this thing and go back to japanese cars.

I like this car so much but what kind of company will make a such beatiful car and with all of this problems even if you replace all the parts.

Welcome to the forum.

Ask over in the X Type section, but post up your codes, the guys will ask.

Hope you get it fixed.

Welcome to the forum,

The X guys will help, could be an airleak, the sensors themselves are rarely the fault.

Dont give up had both of the same problems whent on this forum and corrected them quickly .Lean bank 1 &2 problem . replaced the ITM sensor O rinigs costs 10$ and you can replace them yourself . the lack of criuse control if the abs light is also on, was the rear outer Cv Joint was missing the speed wheel ring replace the outer cv joints and you back in action parts costs 150.00 per side and you will need someone to do them if you are not mechanicaly inclined .Look on the forum in regards to the problems and you will find the answers ,I did and they worked. welcome and all the best with you car
