Hello Jaguar World,

Greetings from the Bay Area in California! I'm excited to learn more about my family's 1999 XJ8 (SAJHD1040XC875881). The story I was told is that the vehicle received custom factory paint, as it was a North American display show car for Jaguar USA to showcase for the new millennium. Referring to the paint code (attached), I was hoping I could find more information about production numbers with the same paint. Perhaps I can be pointed in the right direction / forum thread for archive or production transcripts? Any and all feedback or suggestions would be deeply respected. Thanks for the support!

Paint code SEE is Mid Beige Metallic which was introduced in Model Year 2001. We have often had questions about numbers produced by colour but JLR have never released this information. Production numbers by year and variant - yes but not subdivided into colour groups.
