Hi, Phil here from the Hunter Valley in Australia.

New to this forum, however have owned my 1972 Series 1 XJ6 for the last 9 or 10 years. I have kept it pretty much standard apart from some things to make it easier to drive on a daily basis.

* A 1-2-3 Electronic Ignition,
* reduction gear starter motor and,
* a series 2 spin on oil filter.

Currently looking at rebuilding the front and rear ends as well as getting some interior work done. I also have an engine to rebuild and install. And the other thing I am working on is installing my Maxjax portable hoist to assist in some underbody work.
