Hello I have a 89 xj6 , sometimes while at stop light car sputters a little , and only recently car acts like its getting no gas at the start like at a stop light , i push gas and nothing , then i push little more and off it goes, mind you this only happen once in a while , I recently just got and dont really know too much about them , also anyhelp with where the pump is on windhield washer fluid , that seems to not pump out fluid, any help would be most appreciated
