Welcome to the forum riem,

I've just been reading your other post in the XK8/XKR tech section about classic cars in China. Very interesting.

You will find plenty of useful information about regular issues with the XKR in the 'HOW TO' thread at the top of the tech section. Follow this link:

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ts-data-29800/

You may also like to visit the 'Other Area' Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/other-areas-43/ to find other members your part of the World. We have 6 members who list 'China' as their location but no one else yet specifically giving 'Beijing'.

Enjoy the XKR and the forum.

Graham

Welcome. It's been a year or so since I was last in China but don't recall seeing many (any?) Jaguars. You are on a very exclusive group.

you must kidding with me. :P jag is very famous brand in china, XJ is very popular saloon on the street. but XK is a few number in new or old type, it's really exclusive as you said.

Hi Riem - welcome to the forum.

Gong Xi Fa Cai, Xin Nian Kuai Le!

If I recall - TG magazine on their 2010 award edition named the new XJ as the luxury car of the year, and the article piece reporting that was actually written in China, with Forbidden City as the photo background nonetheless.
