New Hi
Hi everyone, I recently fulfilled a lifelong "want" and bought a used 2004 X-Type with 31,000. Have been pretty pleased with the perfermance until recently. Just as an interesting side not. I previously owned a 2001 PT Cruiser which I put 235,000 miles on before giving to my son with no mechanical issues and just routine maint!

Hi again Woody, that's better, for your info I moved your Tech post over to the X-Type section. (OK update that, we seem to be chasing each other around the place I see that you already made the post there, so I have deleted the one I moved) now then, where'd he go??
Why not have a browse around the rest of the Forums, get to know the guys, join in the fun over in the Off Topic section, make a few posts and you will soon be fully up and running.
