New to the hood
I bought this 2000 XJ8 for my wife and she couldn`t be more pleased with the car. I had to pry her out of her ssei Bonneville, as that car had all the bells and whistles and lots of snot. She was also understandbly worried about the high cost of repairs as well as no trusted shops for possible repairs. After recounting a life changing opportunity when I was handed the keys to a 1969 E-type 2+2 coupe at the tender age of, I forget as it was a long time ago, but I would never forget the thrill, and as a result I sucessfully lobbied for the XJ8. Hope to get to make some friends here and share info and plan to do as much of my own work as I can. Aloha from the Big Island.
Welcome to the forum Jaghag00, I won't ask how the weather is where you are, as it's bound to depress me! I bet you wish you still had that E-type!
Anyway, head on over to the XJ8 section and you'll find many like-minded enthusiasts there!
