Default New to Jaguar

Hey everyone! New to the site & new to Jaguar. Looking forward to the knowledge and experience that you all have on the subject.

I just purchased a 2005 X-Type VDP with 117K miles. Any tips and tricks on maintenance would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on your 'new' Jaguar!
You'll find loads of help and camaraderie in our very active X-type section.
Someone will be along shortly to direct you there.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum breimler,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southern Midwest Region forum by following this link US Southern Midwest - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

No mods in mind really. It's my wife's daily driver so I'm really more interested in keeping it reliable. Going to be changing all of the fluids first, then we'll see where it goes. Thanks for the welcome!
