Hey all,
I am currently in a new dealership and dealing with an entirely differnet clientel. So just would like to ask some questions so that I can keep my customers very happy and improve all round customer service within dealership.
I would really appreciate your opinions on your experiences and what you think should improve and what would make your experience more special. Did you recieve a handover gift? and as a Jaguar owner what would expect or like to recieve as a gift.
