I'm looking at buying a '94 XJ6 and joined this forum to make sure I'm making a good choice. I hope no one minds, but I'm going to post my question here and in the appropriate forum.

The XJ6 I'm looking at gave me this wonderful light during the test drive and I have no idea what it means:



I'm guessing it has to do with the hydraulic pressure accumulator since the brake pedal was pretty soft, though I'm not sure.

The other question I have is that even though the battery works, I couldn't get the trunk open with the key. Is there a trunk release button I overlooked? Thanks in advance for the info!

Welcome to the forum, I see that your "grenade" has been explained. Be a bit worried about your brakes though.

You are using the black key, the green one will not open the trunk.
