.....with a restored 1965 Australian delivered 3.8S. The restoration took me about 5 years, and still isn't quite finished (but are they ever)....

Live in Melbourne, Australia, member of the JCCV, and also President of the Melbourne Steam Traction Engine Club - one of my other passions!

Cheers

Default Welcome to Jaguar Forums

Welcome Neil ... and belated greetings from north of the border.

Plenty of resources here to help you maintain your S after all that hard work ... and I do know what is involved, having undertaken several... including the gleaming red 3.8L S-Type in my albums, and which we had restored from the ground up to concourse condition ... a far cry from the frontal collision my Dad survived at the hands of a Post Office truck!

So, I look forward to pics Neil, and extend best wishes for what should be a great experience driving a real classic.

If you need help? ... Yell!
Ken
