Well I'm here by default as I'm just the driver for my wife who bought a new XF last year as a retirement gift for herself.
It's a lovely car to drive though it had a couple of issues the first 2 times we attempted to go on a long drive on holiday.
1st one was an air inlet pipe that wasn't properly clamped from new which blew off so the engine management system shut down.
2nd one required replacement of the catalytic converter. Very strange.
3rd required replacement of the air conditioning exchanger because of mould build up.
Apart from those issues all is well.
