Hi. I'm in the Pittsburgh airport area. Just purchased a 1966 jaguar mark 2/3.4 rolling chassis. I've had lots of British cars in the past. Also have a 1953 MGTD that I've enjoyed since 1982. I've taken care to keep it as stock as possible. I drive her as much as I can dependent on weather and road conditions.
Since the jag has no drive train, I don't feel bound to absolute originality. I'd like to modernize the drive characteristics, while keeping the exterior and interior pretty true period correct.
I will be working with Jim Boffo from Boffo motors. He has a long history with British cars. I've enjoyed the forum and am looking forward to moving through this project to produce a high quality driver.
Thanks!
