Hi there Folks from New Zealand.
I'm new to this forum but a long time Jag owner over the years.
Previous Jags include 1986 XJS 6Cyl Manual, 1990 XJS 6Cyl Auto, 1996 XJ6, and now 2012 XF 2.2D.
All of them were/are good cars to drive and I like the idea of eating up the miles in comfort.
I've had the XF for nearly a month now, I wasn't even looking for a car when I came across this one but when I saw it I decided to buy it. The XF is a really nice piece of work. I got it ex Singapore and the previous owner had looked after it with a passion.
5 years old and it still had plastic on the seats and sill kick plates and the interior kept like new [even still had plastic on the cig lighter plugs!]. With the exception of the odd stone chip on the paint, it's in top condition. Very pleased with this acquisition.
My only challenge, which I will post in a separate thread, is to get New Zealand maps installed on the Sat Nav.
If anyone could point me in the right direction for the site "Yoda" [or Yoda's] of the HDD Sat Nav it would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Graeme

Welcome.

I reckon the crowd in the XF Tech Section will have answers, or clues at lest, about those maps.

Thank you Folks,
I'll be sure to do a lot of trawling for a solution before I post my Sat Nav issue. [Saves reinventing wheels if they already exist]

So far I've been to all the links provided but none yet.

Regards
Graeme
