Hello all,

My name is Jerome and I'm from Plymouth, Mn. Father of 4 (yeah 4!!) kids, 31 years old, and husband to an amazing woman (who loves my love for cars, but has no interest in them as long as the look "pretty"). We are always running around; hockey, wrestling, track, guitar lessons, ect! I work at Jaguar, Land Rover of Minneapolis as a Service Advisor. Just switched from Sales (better hours with the family) about 6 months ago.

I have always loved Jaguars. Since I can remember I have admired them. My first Jaguar was a 2007 X-Type I leased new. After that lease ended I was without for about a year. That killed me!! Needing to fill that void I bought a 2005 S-Type with 34,000 miles that was traded in from a good customer at JLR Mpls about 8 months ago. My proudest vehicle moment was Wednesday, March 14th! I took delivery of my 2012 XF Portfolio!! So far the wait was worth it!!

Well, that's a bit about me. Looking forward to reading and sharing info here!!

Jerome

Welcome, Jerome. It will be interesting to have the vantage point of a Service Advisor here.

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.
Service advisors don't always get the best press, you may have to defend your corner a bit. :-)

You should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Hey there Jerome and welcome to Jaguarforums, good to have you here with us

Congrats on the new ride you lucky devil......

We have many Jag techs here, a few salesman have joined here n there, we have Jag dealers as vendors ( something your dealership might think of?? ) so it'll be great to have the point of view of a service advisor.

You may get some ribbing here n there, but I'm sure the guys won't give you too hard a time of it.............
A really great mix of information, camraderrie and fun
I've manually upgraded you to full forum access so you can better view the site and all its features
