I recently bought a 2000 Jag XKR. Kind of overwhelming. I ran into a problem with a squeaky damper (at the top where the wire is connected) and not sure what to do. I purchased a manual in PDF form which is helpful but not in this case.
I came across this Forum when I was looking into getting the Jag and felt it would be a great resource.

welcome to the forum and the Jag family. There is a ton of info and support here to all things Jag plus! Recommend hittng the XK8/XKR section https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk8-xkr-17/ for how-to's, diagrams, tsb's manuals etc. - not sure how much you paid fo rthe manual but the JTIS service manual is available for download here. Follow Norri's link to the XK8/XKR section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
