Good evening all. I am a new F-Type owner and thoroughly enjoying this forum. I've got a lot of reading to do and I hope to make many friends within the Jaguar community. A brief description of my ride...
She's a White 2016 F-Type S 3.0 V6 with all the bells and whistles. She was a salvage auction rescue that has changed a few hands and is now in my care. I am dedicated to bringing her back to glory after some shoddy repair work on her front end. (missing and broken plastic components and headlight poorly aligned hood and nose) I've been cleaning her up and adding some bling to help her shine and has begun turning some heads. Recent updates have been adding a lip spoiler to the rear deck, black badging and new 20" wheels and tires. Future work will be a front splitter and the dreaded coolant pipe and supercharger coupler replacement. I'll be doing the work myself and I hope the community can provide me with the wisdom and guidance I seek to make this a fruitful endeavor.
I am a 59yo engineer/car enthusiast from San Jose California who can finally say that I drive a "cool" car. The F-Type has been on my wish list for many years, the stars aligned and the opportunity to pick up this beauty at a great price came along and BAM! I am now on the adventurous journey of Jaguar ownership. Please take a look at her and tell me what you think. Nice rear end! She looks fast sitting still! Nice Stance!

What do I think? Striking! That's what I think. And I'm not usually a fan of white cars.
Not the usual ho-hum-how-boring white car that disappears into the hoards of other ho-hum-how-boring white cars on the road.
