Hello all...owner of 04 xtype 5spd sport edition. Have had for about a year and am quite happy with it. I have visited this site as a guest and gathered much info.Thanks in advance for help in the future!

Good to hear you've already found useful information here. That probably means you know your way to the tech section but if not, follow this link X-Type - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X-Type section for help, advice and information.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

X is in my garage on blocks ,doing fluid changes...hope to post pics when weather gets better. Still tip toeing around this forum..know less about computers than i do about jags. If i do something stupid, it`s by mistake.....be gentle

 

This isn't like other forums. Nobody yells at you here. You'll see. Besides if you change your own fluids you've already earned the undying respect of all of us "take it to the dealer" types! There's a section on tips and forum instructions where you can post any technical computer questions, where no matter how dumb it is, you'll probably find somebody else has already asked it.
