I'm based near Chester in the UK and have just purchased a 2004 S-Type 2.5L V6 Sport Auto.
She's done 132k and is in surprisingly pretty good condition. There's a few jobs required to get her up to scratch. I'm slowly working my way through a list of stuff I want to do - not necessarily things that need to be done but I'd like to get her as mint as possible! I've started with a full gearbox service. Next is a full engine service then full set of discs & pads, new tyres and 4-wheel alignment. I'm then going to work my way through the suspension, bearings etc. Going to cost me a small fortune but I love this car and have every intention of keeping her for a long time!
I've started going through the workshop manual and several of the Forum threads but will, no doubt, have questions so "Thanks" in advance to you all.
