New Member Currently searching for XF
Hi all. After a recent redundancy leaving me with a chunk of spare money (long story but after they made everyone redundant they realised they actually needed a few of us.....) I have decided to upgrade my car. Well actually, I plan on combining 2 cars into one. I have a nice reliable German family car. And I have a heavily modified weekend sports car. As I don't use the fun car as often as I would like I want to combine the 2 into 1 and have a fun daily family car.
Enter the search for an XF. Originally I was looking at Diesels as I could get a very nice XF S 3.0D for around £9-10k. But then the passion to have something with performance to satisfy my needs came over me which is when I noticed that for the same money I can have an SV8. So thats the current plan (or probably the plan for early next year now).
Couple of questions I want to ask but I will save that for the right forum area!
Look forward to being a part of the club.
