I'ma new member in Dallas, Texas. I've had a 2000 XKR since 2004. I've been very pleased how dependable it has been. It's my daily driver but only has 59000 miles. I live and word downtown and am only 1 mile from work.

 

I just bought an S-type from http://dallascarstore.com/ for $9500 with 75000 miles on it and it's been great so far.

I did have to replace the coolant overflow reservoir, and I ordered new front pads and rotors and about to put those on. But it has been a really great value for the price. I love that it's paid for cash and looks like at least twice as much as I paid. All the leather and the wood and the nice finish are really the kind of thing to make me feel special, and it's nice thinking I can feel so special without paying too much.

Welcome. I bought my '03 S-type R in Plano at Millennium. Glad to see a fellow Texan on the forum even though I am currently stuck on the East Coast. The weather is just about good enough to take it out and drive it again. It has been 4wd weather here lately.
