Hello and happy 2022 to everyone on the forum.
I just relocated to the Gainesville area from Reno NV recently and thought I would pop on the forum for an intro. I brought with me our 2016 XF RSport 3.5t AWD which I picked up in SoCal a few years ago with only 4200 miles on it. The original owner had bought the car at Jaguar Beverly Hills and lived in Palm Desert, CA. He had it back to the dealers twice for yearly oil changes, 2 changes in 4200 miles. Why an AWD version is even shipped to a SoCal dealer is beyond me, but nonetheless, it was perfect for me in the snowy mountains of the Lake Tahoe area. I put about 36K in the last three years of ownership as I bought it as a CPO from the original Beverly Hills dealer, and the CPO will be running out this year. The car has been flawlessly fantastic and is a bear in the snow with Pirelli Sottozero's on all for corners. The only work I had done on the car is have the wheels refinished as the PO had trashed all for wheels with curb rash. I had Alloy Wheel Solutions in Chantilly do the wheels, the nine spoke Diamond finish Matrix wheels, and they came out better than new, Excellent job to that team for sure.
I also posted on the Regional Forum to see what dealers in the area were good as the CPO is up soon and I will need the vehicle checked out and maybe spring for an aftermarket warranty to continue.
