New Member Hello
Hello Jaguar enthusiasts!
I've been a fan of the marque for years and am currently in negations for my fourth Jag, a 2000 XKR. Over they years the Jags have become referred to as J1, J2, etc. The R will be J4. J1 is no longer with us, she was a 1986 XJ6 Series III, J2 is a 1999 XJ6 and J3 is a 1999 VDP.
I discovered the site looking for ways to upgrade the nav system in the R and came across this JEF which looks like an excellent source of information which is more and more critical as the girls age.

Thanks Norri and Jim. I'll definitely check on the regional sections, that sounds like a lot of fun. To update you on J4, the XKR, she is now mine, although I have to go to Florida and then South Dakota so I will not get to play with her until around July 8th, She is currently getting a right rear shock issue taken care of and a couple of other cosmetic things so she will be ready to go when I get back.
