Default New member - hello everyone. 2001 XJ8

Great forum which has been a great help.

I bought my first jag in 1993, a XJS V12 which was great until the axle fell off. That was replaced by an XJS which was fine until the electric aerial fell off, followed by a light show on the dash.

Not to be put off by potential financial ruin I've just bought a 2001 XJ8 3.2 followed by the purchase of a Vgate scan tool

I normally do my own repairs so spanners at the ready!

Cheers,

Nick.

P.S. this is my 85th car since 1984

Welcome to the forum,

I hope you have made sure everything is tight on this one! :-)

85 cars? I think we need a list.

Welcome aboard!

I'm guessing you are single or have a very understanding spouse to have had that many cars in that timespan! I'm jealous.

Hopefully nothing falls off your latest Jag!

Nice to see you.

By the time you read this, the Jag will be long gone.
