New Member Intro 2010 XF 5.0 V8
Hello. I've used this forum as a resource for years and finally wanted to join. This is mainly because I've been having an issue with my 2010 XF 5.0 V8 that the local dealer cannot fix even after consulting with JLR across the pond from me in North Carolina. So, I've decided to join the forum and consult some real experts. I'll post the specific details on the appropriate forum for XF owners but the short version is that every now and again my XF stumbles and stalls if I hit the brakes and come to a complete stop as I'm reversing downhill on my driveway. Love my Jag and looking forward to being a member of the forum.

Hello, David,
Most dealerships don't want to mess with a car more than 3 or 4 years old, 5 or 6 at the most. As your car is now 11 years old, I can understand why you're not getting satisfaction from the dealer.
However, as members here are mostly DIY types, someone among them will have the exact problem you have and will know how to deal with it.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
