Greetings all. After a three year search, I finally found the perfect (for me at least) Jag just down the road from office. Had been searching for an XJR but happened upon and XJ Super in stunning silver with lower mileage so I had to have it. It's a 2008 with 82,000 miles. Couldn't be happier. Research from these forums helped me decide to pull the trigger so thanks for that! I'll be cruising around the Sandhills area of North Carolina the lap of luxury now (while trying to keep my right foot out of the supercharger as to not offend Johnny Law).

82,000 miles is just now well broken in and loosened up for a modern engine. You should be able to get another couple hundred thousand out of it with proper care and *Exercise!*
