Hi guys & gals,

Here's my intro... I've been drooling over Jaguar's since I was a little kid. However, I'm now a big kid and drooling, salivating, dreaming of an XF SC since they rolled out three years ago. Then just as I'm getting closer to pulling the trigger Jaguar has to go and improve them even more! I love the new headlights on the XF, very aggressive yet just a hint of a smirk!

I'm waiting until February/March '12 to pickup my new Jag, I'm hoping to get a 2012 demo and save a few dollars.

Thank you for all the amazing information in this forum, it's really nice being informed by actual owners before you pull the trigger and join the party!

Welcome to the forum. The problem with waiting for the current model of 'whatever' to come down in price, is that a new version always seems to appear just as one is ready to sign.

Thanks for the welcome! My waiting isn't really for any other reason than I promised myself an XF would be my reward for paying off my debt. Purely personal motivation otherwise I would have and still love a 2009 XF SC! I'm not sure I would pass up a better deal on a 2011 just because of the changes to the 2012. As much as I love the XF I am an MBA and this is a financial decision and I have to separate the emotional aspect of the transaction.
