Saturday I purchased a 2001 XKR convertible from it's 3rd owner. I'm returning to Jag ownership after a long hiatus from the previous A Daimler doubles six. Like most on here looking for answers to questions I have about history, maintenance, and how to make upgrades. When I was five my father purchased a 1962 Mark II, and he spent a few years restoring a 1929 Packard touring car. These were my first experiences in the joy of automobile touring. We would drive up to New Hampshire, and visit relatives, and these are some of the most happy memories I have. I hope to travel the length of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. in this car. I look forward to reading others stories as well.
