New member and new XJ40 owner

Hello all.

I was handed down my Fathers '94 VDP when he passed recently. It sat for 1.5 years as he battled cancer, but it wasn't a daily driver before that either. I have started going through the task of listing all the little things I would like to do to bring it back to its best condition in honor of my Father. There are a couple big things to look into, (door locks and a check engine) but not too bad... I hope hehe.

To all the owner/helpers here I say thank you now... As I will probably be relying on your expertise while owning and working on this wonderfull car!

Welcome to the forums. You should find plenty of info in the XJ40 section. To keep sane, don't try to do everything at once.

Hi TK,i can relate to your curcumstances,i also lost my father at a young age last month to cancer.It was his wish that i got his XJ8 so i sold my XJ8 4.0 V8 to my cousin.
