Hello, My name is Vern and I just acquired a 1956 XK 140 MC on Friday. It will be delivered tomorrow. I have never owned or driven a Jaguar before, but I fell in love with this one. The car is in superb running condition and I want to keep it that way. Can anyone offer any advise or precautions that should be observed when driving the car. It is a manual with overdrive. Second question. I want to get a good car cover for indoor storage that will offer some level of ding and scratch protection and has properly positioned fender mounted mirror pockets. What would anyone recommend?
