Hello all,

In the late 90's/early 2000's I had a 91 XJ6. I loved it, I drove it real hard and it gave me tens of thousands of miles of driving bliss.

Fast forward to today:

I bought a 2004 XJ8 x350, white with tan interior, one owner, 57,100 miles, not a scratch on the paint, a ding on the body or a tear in the upholstery. I have the complete history of the vehicle from its birthday to a few days ago when it received a pre-purchase inspection.

All this for about the same as I paid for my first used pickup truck back in 1989, and that thing had roll up windows and no radio!!! But I'm sure most of you already know the incredible value these cars can represent.

I am in hog heaven. And since I am the consummate D.I.Y.'er, I am here to tap into this profound reservoir of knowledge. This car will now have only one tech, me.

I loved working on my XJ6, and I'm already looking forward to investing my time and skill to keep my new Jag running good.

Thanks for having me.
