Happy Jag owner .. 2005 S type.. bought it in June
from Cleveland Motors..great people to deal with and very helpful. Car had 40K miles on it and since I bought it have had only 2 problems, none of which could have been anticipated and Roanoke Jag fixed both. First problem was in July, aircon blowing hot air and I thought I needed freon but turned out to be the
water control valve.. next was the brake light. This was a problem inasmuch as the dealer put the XJ bulb
in instead of the S Type.. brake light was very dim.. I took it out myself and saw that the bulb had a double filament instead of the single filament. Took it back to the dealer and half hour later was on the road and happy again with the dealer's apology. This dealer is
very customer oriented and is a pleasure to do business with. I bought a 4 yr ext. warranty and upon reading the fine print discovered I am required to change the oil every 4,000 miles or 3 months whichever is sooner instead of the Jag recommended 10K miles. If you bought an ext. warranty you should
check the fine print. Look forward to swapping stories and fix it solutions with our members who like to do it
yourself.

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com.

If you haven’t already you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for. To do this go to, User CP, Edit Signature, Add Vehicle Details and such and Save Your Signature.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.

Also, should you have questions related to your vehicle please post it in the section for your model year (MY) car. This way you will reach all the members that are familiar with your MY car.
