New Member seeking advice
Hello All, looking forward to joining the Cat family. Have my eye on 3 different cars: 2005 XK8 convertible (46K miles), 2003 XKR convertible (50K miles) and a 2007 XK convertible (46K miles) all clean car fax seemed to be maintained well. Princes in the $17K - $22K area. Any help or advice you can provide will be very much appreciated
Welcome to the forums rocmont,
Grant has summed that up nicely. It all comes down to condition and history.
I've owned two XK8's and on my second XK - all Coupes as England isn't exactly Convertible friendly weather-wise. In the right climate I'd go for a Convertible. You will find a leap in both design and technology between the steel bodied XK8/XKR and the aluminium bodied XK/XKR. Advanced doesn't necessarily mean better as all are thoroughly enjoyable vehicles to own and drive. However, the 2007 XK was just right on introduction whereas the earlier XK8 took a few years development to iron our the original issues.

Hello,
Depending where in the world you are, these could be Screamer Deals or just large Down Payments followed by some serious money.
Any time you're buying a Used Car you need to remember there was a reason the owner has it for sale, maybe more than one reason. Cars of this age with so few miles, I would be asking a Lot of questions if they were near me and I was considering a purchase.
I wish you success whatever happens.
