Welcome to the forums. Nice car, what's under the hood? You'll find much expertise here. Nav systems aren't my specialty, but the knowledge is here.

If anyone reading this is living in Singapore, would appreciate your suggestion of a good service workshop, other than the official agent, that I can go to.
Thanks!

Hi there, congrats on your ride! I am also from Singapore. You can contact Louis at 98511300. Workshop at Ubi Road. I managed to dig his contact from a Singapore forum, as I was also planning to get a Jaguar. Met him up this week. Nice guy to chat. Let me know your experience with him.... if it happens!

Best of luck!!

Dicky,

I am also a new member in Singapore. I just bought a Daimler Super Eight 2007. The car is fitted with a navigation system. The problem I have is that Jaguar (using Navteq) did not produce the DVD disk for Singapore because there are not enough users in Singapore to justify the expense.

If you don't already have an original factory installed Nav system in your car (and unless someone has a solution to modify the DVD disk I would say that you should go for an after market system.

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.
