Hi Everyone,

My name is Rick and I have owned 3 Jaguars over the last 7 years or so. I absolutely loved my 2005 X-Type which I drove for 165,000 miles with very little troubles. Unfortuneatly, I hit 2 deer with it and the second time the insurance company totalled it. I took the money and bought a 1997 XJ6 with only 54,000 original miles and have been driving it ever since. Just this past weekend, my wife and I bought her a 2000 XK-8 convertible and are in the process of fixing a couple small things before she puts it on the road as her main ride. I love to tinker with these cars and it has always amazed me how well people usually take care of these vehicles (i guess because they are so expensive new) and how reasonable they are to purchase used.

What is the best way to identify that you have two Jaguars when you are in different post areas? Just curious what is the best way to place the make, year, and style in my signature. Last but not least, where can you post pictures in your signature?

Thanks for the opportunity

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.
I'd suggest a gun if you want to continue with the hunting.
List both car details in your signature, click on the user cp button at the left of the black bar at the top of each page then select edit signature, put in the details, save, and your done.

You should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Thanks Richard. Glad to be here. I have read most of the guidelines, but will continue to poke around the site to see how others post as well.

Thanks Jim! I guess with having 3 kids in college and feeling like an ATM machine most of the time, "Jagdaddy" seemed appropriate somehow. Looking forward to poking around the site.

Regards,
Rick M.
