New member (will need loads of help!!)
Hi Everyone,
New to the forums from Sunny Felixstowe, Suffolk.
Just picked up an 55 plate x-type 2.0d with a few issues, the main one being the infamous flashing glow plug light
So enough to keep me busy for a while.
I am a mechanical engineer by trade, but not used to working on cars, so have no fear of a few nuts and bolts
I am also pretty handy with electrics.
Hopefully as I learn about the x type I will be able to share my findings with others here as and when needed as well.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
