New member - XJ12 in Cape Town, South Africa
Hi all,
I've been the proud parent of a Series 3 (1982) XJ12, or rather Daimler Double Six, for the last couple of years - finally gotten around to signing up here. The car is a rather old lady with a colourful history, but she's running pretty well at present - long may this continue.
I'd be happy to hear from other XJ owners in South Africa.

Thanks everyone! Grant, you may remember this car, as it used to belong to Nathan (very young guy) from Durban - he ran out of money eventually and sold her to me. I'm still in regular touch with him & he continues to give me lots of good advice about the car. He said you were very helpful when he was getting her back on the road.
