Greetings from sunny (but cold) Saskatchewan. I've had my XKR for a year and a half and have gained a lot of knowledge from lurking on the X150 forum. I thought it was time to register and start contributing.

I'm not entirely new to Jaguars. I have a 1990 V12 VDP and a 1964 E-Type, and drove an X-Type wagon until just last year. The XK was a dream car of mine and I looked for over two years before I found just the right one. Although the car spent most of its life in Vancouver, I bought it in Montreal and flew there to pick it up and drive halfway across Canada to bring it home. It was a marvelous way to get acquainted with it, and by the time I got home we were friends for life. I am eagerly awaiting spring so that I can get back on the road with it. After I replace the leaky oil pan on the transmission, that is.

Tony

That's an impressive line up in your SigPic.

I've had them at different times but never all together.

Thanks, Graham. This being a Jag site, I did crop out the 1969 TR6 that started my journey with British cars back in 1977 when I bought it as a parts car for $200. Several restorations later it is still one of my favourites. If you look closely at the pic you will notice my actual favourite, that being a 2013 Grandchild Type F.
